Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments for doctor's schedules - Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases -Verify patient insurance information Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with callers and colleagues - Knowledge of ophthalmic office procedures is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple incoming calls This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a professional medical office setting.
