Responsibilities:
Must be available immediatley Duties include:
Assist client in all aspects of personal care to include:
assisting with shower or bath, shampoo and hair care, shaving, oral care, toileting, dressing, and skin care Assist in maintaining a safe environment, including wheel chair and hospital bed safety, routine housecleaning Plan and prepare nutritious meals, grocery shopping as needed Assist client with ambulation with or without assistive devices Follow universal, fall, skin integrity, bleeding, aspiration, oxygen, diabetic.
seizure precautions Remind and supervise client taking medications Encourage client to become as independent as possible Promote clients mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest Maintain confidentiality per agency policy and HIPPA Present a positive, highly motivated and enthusiastic image about self and agency Job Type:
