IT Specialist / Technician needed for a growing company.
Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve workstation hardware or software faults.
Assist in troubleshooting and diagnoses of network problems Manage & Optimize Servers and their performance.
Manage CRM Manage network printers, shares, and back-ups Manage accounts, access and permissions for both SharePoint and Manager Plus Manage Phone System using IP Office, all VOIP phones, Extensions, and Users Manage all Distribution Groups, and E-mail/User Accounts as well as passwords Complete Onboarding and Termination Tasks related to technology functions Support end users both in office and remote by talking through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the telephone, email or remote help software to set up systems or resolve issues.
Assist users with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Ability to manage user accounts in a Windows Domain environment.
And other duties as assignedPrimary Requirements Experience with Windows Professional workstation installation, configuration and Windows Domain connectivity.
Experience with Microsoft SQL, LINUX, Database Management and CRM Experience with basic diagnostic and troubleshooting methods for computer workstations, printers and barcode scanners.
Ability to replace basic computer components such as power supplies, memory, keyboard, etc.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlookadditional Requirements Must have diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication ability Able to establish a good working relationship with co-workers and vendors Comfortable communicating in person and via phone with peers, managers, and vendors.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Ability to prioritize work based on objectives About the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
