As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries Verify insurance information and collect necessary documentation Maintain patient records and update information in EMR system Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality Ensure smooth operations by multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing effectively.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED and computer proficiency Previous experience in a medical office setting is essential Knowledge of medical insurance is advantageous What We Seek:
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with EMR systems Proficiency in medical terminology, grammar, and spelling Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with predictable hours Authorization to work in the U.
